Unparalleled Data Recovery
Simply put we recover the data that others can’t.
Our data recovery services are unmatched and we routinely recover more data from more devices than any other IT company in the area. Our data recovery team regularly recovers more data than Geek Squad or Apple are capable of doing and for a fraction of the price. Put us to the test and you will see we put actions behind our claims, no matter how bold.
How We Recover It?
When you delete a file it is sent to your computers “garbage can” (aka Recycle Bin on Windows, or Trash on Mac OS X). If you empty your “garbage can.” your computer tries to forget that those files ever existed. Fortunately, your computer isn’t that smart, and it still leaves behind a trail. We can follow that trail to find and recover those files.
What We Recover?
Remember, your deleted customer data or family photos may not be gone for ever. We can recover any data from nearly any device you hand us, even if you have had Windows reinstalled and all of the data wiped off of the machine. That means our data recover services include:
- Photo Recovery
- Video Recovery
- Software Recovery
- Database Recovery
- Document Recovery
- RAID Repair
- Complete Hard Drive Recovery
Keep in mind that the faster you get your device to us the better chance we have of recovering the data.

We service all computers and all brands, including Apple / Mac computers, because in the end the data is all stored the same. A short and semi-comprehensive list of devices and brands that we service includes:
- Mac
- Lenovo
- HP
- Dell
- Asus
- Toshiba
- Acer

IMPORTANT FINAL NOTES
Shipping and Delivery
There are a few VERY important steps that you need to take if you have a device you need data recovered from.
Laptops, Desktops, and Portable Hard Drives
If your device falls into one of these areas, then there are no special steps to take, just get the device to us.
- Desktop computer
- Laptop
- Portable hard drive
- External hard drive
- Undamaged USB drive or SD card
Exposed Hard Drive or Damaged Device
If your device falls into one of these categories please follow the steps below.
- Normal hard drive that was removed from a computer
- A USB flash drive that is missing a case
- ANY other device that is cracked or damaged.
Protection Steps
NOTE: We are trying to prevent static from damaging the device. No matter what anyone else tells you the device needs to be protected from static shock, which can further damage the components and make the data lose worse.
- DO NOT put the hard drive or flash drive in a Zipp-lock bag or any other type of plastic bag.
- Plastic can create static and fry components. Static is your enem
- Place it on a flat surface such as a counter or table.
- Find a small cardboard box and some paper.
- Try to wrap the hard drive or device in the paper.
- Like you are trying to wrap a gift.
- Once it is wrapped up, place 1 or 2 small pieces of tape on the PAPER ONLY!
- Do NOT PUT TAPE OR ANY OTHER ADHESIVE PRODUCT ON OR TOUCHING the hard drive or device.
- Put the device in a small cardboard box
- During this process be extra careful NOT to touch any of the green, gold, or silver exposed parts. Those areas are the circuitry and touching them can cause data loss to be worsened.
** = If the device is encrypted and you do not know the password or can not unlock the device, then we will be unable to recover the data from it. Encryption is only an issue on brand new Apple iPhones and Android phones (such as from Samsung, LG, or Google)
