What To Expect
We know that planning a wedding and reception can be exhausting, so we want to let you know what you to expect when you work with a White Tie Tech DJ.
We will sit down with you in a face to face meeting to understand exactly what you want at your wedding reception. Then we will review every aspect of your wedding reception with you. Once we understand what you need and expect, we will develop the song list and equipment list to make that dream become a reality. After that initial meeting future contact will be done via phone and email, but if you need a second meeting we are more than happy to serve you in that way.
We know a DJ is uniquely positioned to help drive and guide the evening. On the day of your wedding we will coordinate with the photographer, caterer, officiant, any venue staff, and even the guests so that everyone is in sync and knows when key events will occur.
What we Provide

- Text message song requests – Your guests can request song via our exclusive and free text messaging service, so they don’t have to leave the dance floor to request their favorite music.
- Guaranteed Song Availability* – Our music library is extensive and includes thousands of songs and hundreds of artists. We guarantee that we will have the music that you OR your guests want. If somehow we don’t have a song that is requested during your wedding, we will buy it on the spot so that no one leaves disappointed.
- Club Lights & Fog Machine* – We will light up the dance floor with our club style lighting, so you and your guests can dance all night long.
- Disco Ball – Enjoy your first dance as husband and wife under beautiful and classic lighting.
